Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds for products purchased from our store within 180 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Refund Process
Customers who wish to request a refund should contact our customer service team. They can do this by emailing us at support@owalalifena.com or by using the contact form on our website. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 1-2 business days.
Refund Timeframe
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same credit card.
Exceptions
There are some exceptions to our refund policy. Certain products, such as personalized or custom made items, are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, if the product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence on the part of the customer, we will not issue a refund
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to us in a timely and proper manner. This includes using an appropriate shipping method and providing proof of shipment. If the product is lost or damaged during the return process, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
